With over nine years of customer service experience, I bring a strong foundation in communication, organisation, and problem-solving to every interaction.
Having recently completed my studies at the University of New England, I now combine my academic background with hands-on experience to help ensure everything at the front desk runs smoothly. From managing appointments and responding to enquiries, to keeping things organised behind the scenes, I’m committed to making each experience with us both personal and stress-free.
