Brooke Riggall

My name is Brooke Riggall, and I’m a fully licensed property manager proudly based in Armidale, the community where I was born and raised. With 2.5 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry, I’ve developed a strong understanding of both residential and rural property management. I'm currently furthering my qualifications by working toward my Stock and Station License as well as my Class 1 License, which will allow me to offer a wider range of services, particularly in the rural and agricultural sectors.
Growing up in Armidale, I’ve always had a close connection to the land and the people who live and work on it. My background in livestock and farm management has given me valuable insight into the needs of rural property owners and the unique challenges they face. This experience allows me to approach property management with a practical, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine appreciation for the agricultural lifestyle.
Outside of work, I enjoy being active in the local community. I play soccer for a local Armidale club and previously spent 15 years as a gymnast, including five years as a dedicated coach. This background has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and commitment—qualities I bring to every aspect of my professional life.
I’m passionate about building lasting relationships, delivering high-quality service, and helping clients make the most of their properties—whether it’s a family home in town or a working farm on the outskirts.
